SVM Glasgow engineers are involved with the strategic management of engineering services. This includes the strategic planning of plant management and contract maintenance, mechanical & electrical condition surveys, preparation of audits and assets registers and also the design and contract management of small to medium size projects. We also have access to specialist lift consult engineers providing lift engineering and specialist engineering services both direct to clients and as a service to architects. SVM Glasgow is able to undertake the design and project management of major lift refurbishment or modernization programmes as well as new installations. In addition SVM Glasgow also provides advice on lift and escalator maintenance, code compliance, traffic studies, operational strategies and development programming.

SVM Glasgow will utilise dedicated personnel who will be deployed on the project from commencement through to completion. The core team will be led by the director of SVM Glasgow who will be responsible for all aspects of the project.

The stages of each project are meticulously planned with the greatest consideration given to value and quality.
