In the beautiful Perthshire countryside, Gleneagles Station is the closest transport link to the world famous Gleneagles hotel, which was the home of 2014’s Ryder Cup. Prior to this event, the station was fully refurbished and upgraded with SVM providing design advice for the lighting and DDA elements of the works.  SVM’s design utilised energy efficient LED lighting to canopies and beyond buildings for full length of platform, while taking into account the period nature of the location and listed statuses of the station buildings.
