This swing bridge located in The Humber has been in operation since 1868, with SVM being brought in to assist with developing creative design solutions to improve the reliability of bridge functioning as per the original design intent. This includes design for power systems; fire alarm; lighting and signage; and controls and monitoring, all while remaining sympathetic to the historic nature of this fascinating feat of Victorian engineering.
