SVM undertook the contractors detailed designs as part of D&B scheme for a new state-of-the-art manufacturing facility for Oil States Industries (UK) on behalf of Lagan Construction/Parr Group. SVM undertook detailed Mechanical and Electrical design activities and were responsible for the coordinated design proposals with a number of specialist installations. The new development saw the creation of a new 3,400m2 fully integrated Cat A offices space, Access control Gate house, and over 21,000m2 of manufacturing facilities. M&E design saw the development of a number of traditional and specialist installations including:

·         Lighting/Emergency Lighting

·         Fire Alarm

·         Mechanical Ventilation

·         Local Exhaust Ventilation

·         LTHW & Radiant Space Heating

·         VRF Comfort Cooling

·         Mains Water Utility

·         Industrial Water Services

·         Compressed Air/Specialist Gasses
