April News!

April 2020 finds us in a time that could not possibly have been foreseen only 6 months ago.  Shortly following March’s news update, the Government made its announcement to ‘stay at home, protect the NHS and save lives’, after which home working went from advisable to absolutely essential.  There’s no doubt that the world is in turmoil but at SVM, much like everywhere across the country, we are doing everything we can to stay connected.  We are still working, all be it from laptops in dining rooms, bedrooms and spare rooms and keeping in touch with clients and each other through phone, email and MS Teams, which has excellent remote meeting facilities.  Everybody has taken a hit from the current situation but we are doing everything within our power to hit back and are still successfully managing to continue with design on as many projects as possible.   

From our homes to yours, we hope that all of our clients, colleagues and collaborators are safe, well and rising to the challenges that these times have thrust upon us.  We can only hope and strive towards next month’s update bringing us some good news.
